Ok, so I decided to give this a try. I will say I am impressed. I don't hit a wall as hard in the afternoon. I work 10hr days. I have it in my tea on the way to work in the am. I definately feel the difference. I am also peri menopausal, I feel along with my other natural hormone tablets, this has helped with brain god, mental clarity as well. This is a very small quantity of alcohol with no intoxicating effects. In Australia, one standard drink is equivalent to any drink containing 10 grams of alcohol.
