Performance Nasal Strips

I tried these as this time of year I struggle with my sinuses terrible. These are fantastic for sleep and general day to day activities to breath better and feel more energised from breathing properly. They stay on for over 12 hours if you need them to with no issue.

My sleep has already improved dramatically since using these this past week as now I wake up feeling rested and refreshed which mentally sets me up for the day ahead.

My only slightly negative comment is that they don't do great with sweat. In the gym doing weights they last well, as soon as I hit the stairmaster they struggle and I have to take it off before it falls off. I do sweat excessively compared to most (for context, 223lbs Bodybuilder) so I kinda expected this to be the case for me though for most I feel the water resistance the nose strips have will be fine.
