All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery location.
Order Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Shipping time frames begin once the package leaves the warehouse.
Orders placed after 2pm AEST, Monday–Thursday will begin processing the following day.
Orders placed after noon AEST Friday and over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. If Monday is a major holiday, processing will begin on Tuesday.
Please Note: Once an order is placed and paid for, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. As this is managed by a third-party provider, we will do our best to accommodate any requests to edit, change, or cancel your order — however, please be aware that the chances of making changes are low. If we’re unable to make the requested changes, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Australia Post Express: 1–4 business days
NSW to WA Estimates:
Express Post: 3–6 business days
Parcel Post: 9–13 business days
Standard Post: 6+ business days
Time frames exclude time in customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delays due to other causes. Signature on delivery and tracking services are not available in all countries.
Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. Orders delayed or held by customs are beyond our control.
If your parcel is returned to us due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will refund the full value of your order minus shipping costs. In some cases, a re-shipping fee may apply, based on the order's weight and destination.
To report a missing or damaged parcel, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.
Courier investigations cannot extend beyond this period. We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for claims made after this window.
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. It covers packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit.
It does not cover:
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping addresses
Shipping Protection is non-refundable, except in cases where the order has not yet been shipped.
