Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can request a refund or store credit.

To initiate a refund or store credit, please contact us at support@lifecykel.com.

You will need to return the full product to our return address at your own cost.

Refunds and/or store credits will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected and accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For health and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of sealed consumable products that have been opened after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

This right is provided in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws and is in addition to any other rights available under this policy.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lifecykel.com.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this policy.

How to Request a Cancellation (EU Only)

The following is only applicable to customers in the European Union (EU). If you are outside the EU, and you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lifecykel.com

  1. Log in to your account here or using the profile icon in our store menu.

  2. Locate the order you wish to cancel.

  3. If the cancellation option is available, submit your cancellation request.

  4. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the order can be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If the cancellation option does not show in your Account, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lifecykel.com

Returns

We offer a return option for unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, notify us within 30 days of receiving your order via support@lifecykel.com.

A refund and/or store credit will be processed once your returned products have been received, inspected and accepted.

How to Request a Return (EU Only)

The following is only applicable to customers in the European Union (EU). If you are outside the EU and wish to initiate a return, notify us within 30 days of receiving your order via support@lifecykel.com.

Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account here or using the profile icon in our store menu.

  2. Locate the order you wish to return and click Request Return.

  3. If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you would like to return.

  4. Select a return reason and provide any additional information that may assist our team.

  5. Click Request Return to submit your request.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will notify you of its status.

If your return request is approved and the return requires shipping, you will receive an email containing return instructions. After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed in accordance with this policy.

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over AUD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lifecykel.com.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply where:

  • Items are not returned in their original condition.

  • Items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting may be delayed.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take time to process.

If you've completed all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@lifecykel.com.

Store Credit

If you receive store credit, please note:

  • Once store credit has been issued and/or redeemed, it cannot be refunded for cash.

  • Store credit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a gift certificate or store credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or was sent to the purchaser first, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
