Well it’s still early days so I’m still filling my way through the product a little bit but I can definitely say that my health outcomes have improved tremendously since taking the product. I feel more vital, more energised, less tired, and the low level sickness that I seem to experience continuously seems to have all butt dropped away and this is from only taking the product for a week. Imagine what a whole month could do!

I don't know. I haven't been taking it long enough and I am taking the athletes package from lifecykel at the same time. Gym is easier. Sleep is good. I will be using it for a few months longer. I am glad I got it to try out. I highly recommend you get it to try. Get the mouth tape. It is a big win on the sleep front and I use it when I am on the assault bike.
