    Perimenopausal hair loss saviour

    I'm in the midst of perimenopause - thinning hair on the hairline and overall thinning which i've never experienced before (i have thin black afro / relaxed hair). I've been using shiitake religiously for about 3 months along with Lions Mane (another god send) and Reshi. I initially thought it wasn't doing anything but i can see the numerous small sprouts of hair growth coming through and even my hairdresser has noticed the difference. Nothing else seemed to work so i am sticking with this. As a side effect, i am endlessly cutting my toenails (they seem to be growing quicker than before) and i get numerous compliments about my skin - less blemishes, smooth skin. I was recommended by my kinesologist / nutritionist - and she's not wrong these Lifecykel products are the best :)
