    The Brain Train

    I am a retired Naturopath. At 78yo I am aware my brain is not what it used to be. After some research into Lion's Mane I knew it would help me. What form to take it in? Having used herbal meds for most of my life I chose Lifecykel liquid extract. I believe the alcohol precipitates greater absorption and already after only 1 week I can feel the effects.
