I’ve been using Lions mane for months now and it’s part of my morning routine. Theres no day I skip it, makes me feel sharp, gives me that boost of energy and concentration during a long day at work. I’m a coffee drinker, I love my 2 cups a day and sometimes after one I don’t have the feeling of adding more caffeine in my body, Lions Mane gives me that steady energy without craving the extra cup. I purchased the Reishi Mushroom Extract to help relax in the evening so that I could sleep better at bedtime. It works! I no longer lay awake once I go to bed. Usually I tossed and turned for what felt like a lot of minutes before drifting off into sleep. Taking Reishi mushroom extract in the evening has been so beneficial. I immediately get comfortable once in bed and sleep more soundly.

I am 63 .. and have used a homeopath and natural healing since I was 21…use Carl yung and many others for guidance … . However I have suffered depression ,, that just creeps up ….and have a lot of hypo energy … I have tried micro dosing for one year .. and although helpful in ways … it was not for me .. I thought then that I had tried all I could .. and stopped looking … I did some research on lions main reishi ect ….. but still didn’t want to commit .. as was put off a little with the effect of micro dosing … however I found this site … Life Cykel and felt drawn … so have purchased lions main and reishi … … I can honestly say I feel the difference …… really ….I’m still working out the pattern which best suits my life style .. of the times I take the drops .. and have found others testimonials helpful .. I now am trying cordyceps … and will do a review in 3 months 😁.. I wouldn’t purchase another to try if I didn’t feel the effect of the lions main and reishi … believe me 😂
