    Pleasantly surprised!

    I have to say I was skeptical….. but I’m so glad I tried this !!! I am 45, i work & study full time have 3 kids so for someone who drank 6-7 coffees a day to try and get through I thought nothing could help me. I’m 3 days on LM and I have had 1 coffee today & no caffeine headaches!! I have replaced it with green tea. Every one at work is worried that I wasnt eating our daily chocolate stash but I didn’t feel like it and I had will power haha I can concentrate the whole day and this has CHANGED MY LIFE already for the better health, I highly recommend lions mane & lifecykle ;)

    I have only been using Lion’s Mane for just over a week now, I do take other supplements regularly so am not sure of the effects just yet as may be too soon to tell but in saying that I do feel my energy levels and mental clarity may have improved/ increased especially in the afternoon.
