    Game Changer

    Using the Lifecykel mouth tape has been a game changer. I now get a good nights sleep and if I wake up during the night it’s easier to go back to sleep. I used to wake up with a dry mouth and sore throat, not any more now that I'm now breathing through my nose.

    Felt as though I had a deeper sleep with the mouth tape and my smart watch showed I had a longer than usual REM phase of sleep. Takes a bit of getting used to but overall, surprisingly good!
