    I absolutely LOVE this combo! With perimenopause in full swing, brain fog at a high, undiagnosed yet to be ADHD and I find 1ml in a small amount of water dipped in with leaving it under my tongue for up to 30sec for absorption and my brain fog has lifted and my thoughts more focused!

    I do this with both separately around 15min apart for max benefit from each.
