How To Use

  1. Clean and dry your nose.
  2. Peel the strip from the backing.
  3. Place it across the bridge of your nose.

    Love these nasal strip's, I use them for sleeping and as soon as I put the strip on I can feel my nasal passages opening. I am sleeping much better 😌 and the best thing is my partner says I hardly snore now. Win Win all round I think. Highly recommend
