Directions: Use the provided spoon to scoop out 0.25g of resin. Hang the spoon on the edge of your cup, and let the resin dissolve into your warm water, coffee, or tea. 

When to use: For best effect, consume on a weekly cycle: 5 days on, 2 days off. For best results, consume in the morning.
