I had started taking these a while ago and stopped. I happened to find them in my cupboard a few months later and decided to start taking them again, I did so consistently and it was at a good time as I’d just come back to help my hubby run our business full time after being at home daily with our toddler. They made me so focused and full of life. They ran out and boy did I notice the slump I fell back into. So I ordered and noticed the difference immediately after having them in my daily routine again. The 2 recommended for before bed… absolute game changer.
