    I have been taking for 1 month, and feel I have more energy, am sleeping better, and not waking up tired. Also feel my skin is not as reactive as it normally is in summer to bites and itchiness. Though I am also taking mushroom extracts at the same time. So, to be fair not entirely sure which or if both a contributing.
