How To Use

Directions: Add your liquid extracts flavourings directly to your coffee, smoothie, tea or water.

Serving Size: 2 ml - 1/2 a dropper full is approximately 1ml, you can use this as a guide for the recommended serving size.

  2. Peel the strip from the backing.
  3. Place it across the bridge of your nose.
  4. Press down firmly and evenly to secure adhesion.
  5. To remove, gently lift both ends and peel off slowly.

    Best sleep in months!

    I have been struggling and have been losing 3-4 hours of sleep due to the congestion that I have in my room when sleeping. The first time ever putting on these nasal strips I completely knocked out! I had woken up completely rejuvenated and have not had sleep like that for as long as I can remember!     Lion mane and cordyceps
