What's the difference between Better Breathing Sport & AirPhysio Average? The design of both devices is the same, with the only differences being the colour and the ball bearing sizes.Each device comes with a specific size of stainless-steel ball bearing, which creates resistance during use — the larger the ball bearing, the higher the resistance.

The AirPhysio Average includes a standard-size ball bearing, which is ideal for individuals with normal lung capacity.
The Better Breathing Sport comes with two ball bearings: one standard and one large. This allows the user to switch to the larger (advanced) bearing as their lung strength improves and the standard resistance becomes too easy.

How To Use

Cordyceps Mushroom Liquid Extract:

Directions: Add your extracts flavourings directly to your coffee, smoothie, tea or water.

Serving Size: 2 ml - 1/2 a dropper full is approximately 1ml, you can use this as a guide for the recommended serving size.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place

Better Breathing Sport:

Breathe in deeply.
Place the device in your mouth and exhale steadily for 3–5 seconds, maintaining consistent vibration.
Repeat this process for 10 repetitions (avoid blowing too hard).
Use the device 1–2 times daily for 5-10 minutes, and 30 minutes before workouts for maximum effect.

Cordyceps mushroom extract
I was sceptical, but what a difference!!!!
I'm going through menopause at the moment and have been on hormone therapy which has helped tremendously but still feeling a bit blah some days .
I take cordyceps and lions mane in the morning, and 💥BAM💥can get through the day without a Nana nap !!!!
Have got much more motivation, feeling like myself again .
I'll definitely be buying again 😃
