A friend introduced me to lifecykel products. I read so many reviews and was super excited but at the same time skeptical. How could this possibly work wonders for people? For as long as I can remember, I have been struggling with sleeping - getting to sleep for me has always been fine, but if I wake up, I will lay there for hours, my brain just will not shut off. Iv also had terrible dreams. I wake up exhausted all the time. And starting within the last few years, I have noticed my energy levels have dropped. I do not drink coffee and many people suggested I start. Especially in the afternoons, I would really struggle, I actually started to think something was wrong and I was sick. Since starting both of these products, only a few weeks ago, I can hand on my heart say I feel 100 times better. Although I never really had issues getting to sleep, the Reishi literally puts me to sleep so much faster. It is such a deep nice sleep. My dreams are vivid still although, no longer bad dreams. I have woken up a few times (although alot less) however, I fall straight back to sleep. I can not believe it. This has been a life long issue. With regards to the energy during the day, I take Lions Mane when I wake up. I am good the whole day now. I feel clear, energized, no more afternoons of struggling to stay awake or feeling like something is wrong. Highly recommend.
