Discover the range of Australian Bush Flavourings which are each infused with the uniquely fresh, fruity and slightly tropical flavour of Elderflower. Elderflower is a herbaceous or woody shrub that blooms small, white, delicate flowers. These flowers are known to be rich in flavonoids and have been commonly used to treat colds and flus.
These Bush Flavourings are wonderful flavour enhancers for your tea, water, fruit salads, desserts and baking.

Lemon Myrtle & Elderflower
Australian Indigenous people have used Lemon Myrtle leaves for centuries. Lemon Myrtle is a beautiful native Australian aromatic shrub that provides a fresh fragrant aroma and taste. It was traditionally used to treat mild illness such as coughs, colds and stomach sickness. People say it’s “more lemon than lemon”.*
Finger Lime & Elderflower
Finger Lime is a native Australian citrus. Its ‘caviar like pearls’ burst with fresh and zesty flavours. It has been regarded as a valuable food source by Australian Indigenous people for many years due to its anti-inflammatory and antiviral activities.*
Kakadu Plum & Elderflower
Kakadu Plum is considered a gift of the Dreamtime by Indigenous culture and has been an important bush food for millennia for people in Northern Australia. Used by Indigenous people to treat skin conditions and sores or consumed as a tea for colds and flu. The fruit contains the highest recorded level of natural vitamin C content globally and also displays antioxidant properties.*
Davidson Plum & Elderflower
The Davidson Plum has long been a traditional “bush tucker” for the Indigenous Australians. It has powerful antioxidant effects and it is also packed full of essential vitamins and minerals. This beautiful crimson coloured fruit is native to the tropical rainforests of Northern NSW and Queensland and has a tart and slightly sweet flavour.
Strawberry Gum & Elderflower
The Strawberry Gum tree is native to the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales and is renowned for the unique sweet berry aroma and taste of its leaves. Australian Indigenous people would often chew on the leaves or place them over the fire to release the oils inside to treat stomach issues. Strawberry Gum leaves have a wonderful sweet, fruity and slightly acidic taste with notes of strawberry and passionfruit.
