Zesty Cucumber Mint Mocktail

Try out this fresh new mocktail recipe with our Zesty Perfection Extract from the Ancient Australian Activation set, perfect for a hot sunny day!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

- 1 Lebanese cucumber chopped, after peeling a few strips for garnish
- 1/4 cup fresh mint 
- 2 tsp xylitol 
- 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice, plus 2 slices for garnish 
- 4ml life cykel zesty perfection extract
- 2 cups soda water
- ice

Method:

- Blend everything except the soda water and ice
- Press cucumber strips inside two glasses (coat rim with sugar or xylitol if desired) 
- Fill glasses with ice, then pour cucumber mixture in
- Top with the soda water
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint
