It is estimated that globally two billion tons of coffee waste is produced every year. Our mission is to reverse this problem and turn it into something positive. We build urban mushroom farms, collecting waste coffee grounds from around the country and use it to grow gourmet mushrooms. Now we also create enablement packages for others to grow mushrooms in the Circular Economy via the National Mushroom Network.
